Overview
The Celebrate app helps employees recognize and connect with colleagues by sending personalized digital greeting cards for birthdays, work anniversaries, and global holidays. It features a collection of branded and unbranded cards for various occasions and uses AI to suggest appropriate messages or cultural notes. Managers automatically receive reminders for their direct reports’ milestones, fostering stronger team engagement and inclusion. |

- Translated employee engagement goals into digital experiences.
- Designed and tested AI-assisted features to help users craft personalized, culturally aware greetings.
- Created end-to-end user journeys, from event reminders to message creation and delivery.
