Overview
Deal Manager is a mobile companion to the Harmony web client, built for on-the-go sales representatives who need quick access to deal details before, during, and after client meetings. The app enables users to view and update opportunities, adjust forecasts, add activities, and collaborate with team members, all from their mobile device. |
My Role
- Served as UX lead supporting alignment between subject-matter experts, engineering, and product.
- Reported design progress and blockers in daily stand-ups.
- Created and presented high-fidelity mockups to stakeholders and product owners for alignment and sign-off.
- Provided fast, mobile access to the latest deal information.
- Focused on reducing friction during live sales conversations.
- Enabled deal creation and updates directly from the app.
- Allowed reps to add activities, comments, and team members easily.
- Introduced push notifications to keep teams informed in real time.
- Supported an install base of 6,000 users with 17,000 total app sessions.
